Grace Health is a nonprofit, comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare center serving the greater Battle Creek, Michigan community. A recent grant earned Grace Health’s OB/GYN department the opportunity to increase awareness of its CenteringPregnancy® program—a group-based prenatal care model designed to foster education, support, and connection among expectant mothers.
As Grace Health’s agency of record since 2015, Acorn Marketing was trusted to develop and execute a strategic, results-driven campaign that maximized the impact of grant funding and resonated with the local community.
The challenge was two-fold:
- Educate existing Grace Health patients about this unique prenatal care program.
Reach and welcome new patients who may benefit from the program. - The campaign needed to feel inclusive, supportive, and empowering, while clearly communicating what CenteringPregnancy is and how to participate.
Acorn Marketing developed an integrated marketing campaign combining traditional and digital media to reach expectant mothers where they live, travel, and spend time online.
The campaign centered on warm, welcoming messaging designed to reflect the supportive nature of the CenteringPregnancy program. Visuals and language emphasized community, connection, and confidence—helping remove uncertainty around prenatal care while encouraging participation.
Key elements of the strategy included:
- High-impact digital billboards: Eight digital billboards were strategically placed throughout the Battle Creek area to build broad awareness and reinforce campaign messaging during daily commutes.
- Targeted Meta advertising: Paid social ads on Facebook and Instagram allowed for extended reach and message reinforcement to women of childbearing age.
- Dedicated landing page: Acorn Marketing designed and developed a campaign-specific landing page to educate users, provide program details, and drive next steps.
- Consistent creative execution: Campaign visuals were carried across billboards, social ads, and web assets to ensure a cohesive, recognizable presence.
Together with the visibility generated by the digital billboards, the campaign effectively increased awareness and interest in the program and positioned Grace Health as a welcoming, trusted resource for prenatal care in the Battle Creek area.
The campaign successfully drove awareness and engagement for Grace Health’s CenteringPregnancy program, delivering strong digital performance and meaningful reach within the community.
