The Challenge

The former West Ottawa Golf Club was purchased by longtime client of the agency, Kyle Curtiss. Renamed Three Fires Golf Club, Curtiss contacted Acorn Marketing to develop his new brand and help bring it to life.

Our Approach

Brand development began with research and sketches before we landed on a strong visual element. We wanted to be sure the logo offered great flexibility for application across all uses; and that it visually represented the three 9-hole courses of the club: Flame, Smoke, and Blaze. The finished logo includes both a 3-color icon as well as a wordmark that can stand alone or used together as needed.

Deliverables

The new Three Fires Golf Club logo was implemented on signage across all areas of the golf course on signage inside and out. The new ProShop carries a full line of on-trend golf apparel and hats for men and women. Branded products like thermal tumblers, golf balls & towels, and other accessories are also available to help reinforce the branding a cement the logo as an immediately recognizable visual around the community.
