Gen4 Dental Partners is a Dental Services Organization (DSO) located in Tempe, Arizona. Like many growing companies, they were seeking a meaningful way to recognize and reward their employees for milestones such as anniversaries, birthdays, and even welcoming new hires.
As Gen4’s go-to marketing agency, the Acorn team jumped in to help. We got to work developing a user-friendly online e-commerce style platform where team members could easily browse and select from a variety of high-quality branded apparel and accessories.
Behind the scenes, the website features real-time inventory tracking, making it simple to add or remove products as needed. The Acorn team curated popular options that could be customized with their logo, aligning with their brand image while offering items employees would genuinely enjoy receiving.
To avoid the expense of pre-production and stocking of custom items in multiple sizes, or colors, the program is designed for on-demand production reducing upfront costs for Gen4. And, by using e-certificates for all transactions, employees can shop using a store credit awarded to them via email. Acorn also manages the e-certificate spending, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless invoicing to Gen4 at the end of each month.
